1. About these website terms
These terms describe the intended use of the public website operated by Solvency Studio LLC, including its guides, demonstrations, and inquiry form. The website introduces our work in business applications, automation, reporting, portals, assistants, and integrations. It does not provide visitor accounts or accept payments. Paid services are governed by a separate agreement accepted by you and Solvency Studio. These website terms do not replace that agreement or change an existing engagement.
2. Using the website responsibly
Use the website for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, interfere with the website or its security, impersonate another person, or submit information you are not authorized to share. These terms do not restrict lawful criticism, reviews, fair use, or other rights protected by applicable law.
3. Information, examples, and results
Our guides provide general explanations to help you explore business solutions. Demonstrations and illustrative scenarios are identified as examples; they are not completed client projects unless expressly described that way. Statements about prior experience relate to the work and context described. An example or previous outcome is not a promise of the same result for another organization. Feasibility, cost, timing, and results depend on requirements, data, access, chosen products, and implementation. Product features and licensing can change. Confirm the requirements for your project before purchasing software or relying on a particular approach. Website content does not replace project-specific assessment or professional legal, tax, medical, or other regulated advice. We aim to keep information accurate and welcome corrections.
4. Content and permissions
You may read our pages, share links, and print or save copies of our public guides for personal use or internal business planning. Keep any attribution and notices with those copies. These permissions do not authorize republishing an entire guide or presenting our materials as your own. Contact us about other uses. Solvency Studio retains the rights it owns in original website materials. Third-party content, product names, trademarks, and software remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable permissions. Nothing here claims ownership of third-party materials or limits uses permitted by law. Ownership and reuse of project deliverables are addressed in the project agreement.
5. Inquiries and information you submit
Provide accurate contact information and only information you have authority to share. A brief description of your process and goals is enough to begin. Do not include passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, health records, or confidential client documents in the public inquiry form. If sensitive information is needed later, we will arrange a suitable way to share it. Submitting an inquiry does not create a paid engagement, authorize a charge, or commit either party to a project or delivery date. It does not transfer ownership of your information to us. We use inquiry information to respond and assess your request as described in our Privacy Notice. A separate confidentiality agreement can be arranged before sensitive project discussions.
6. Project agreements and specialist support
Before paid work begins, the engagement is defined in a separate agreement. Depending on the work, that agreement addresses deliverables, responsibilities, service fees, software and operating costs, review and acceptance, timing, access, ownership, handover, support, and changes. Website descriptions do not establish payment, cancellation, refund, or service-level terms. When specialist expertise is needed, Solvency Studio coordinates that contribution within the agreed project, with clear roles and responsibilities. A description of specialist collaboration does not imply that every specialty is provided by an employee. Changes to agreed work, costs, or timing are reviewed and agreed in writing. For paid services, the applicable project agreement controls if its provisions differ from general website information.
7. Third-party products and links
We may refer or link to Microsoft products and other services. Their availability, licenses, prices, terms, and privacy practices are controlled by their respective providers. A link or product reference does not by itself establish a partnership, certification, sponsorship, or endorsement. Microsoft, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, and other product names belong to their respective owners. Any specific relationship or credential will be stated only when verified.
8. Availability and your legal rights
The website may be updated, interrupted, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other operational reasons. Report broken links or inaccurate content through our contact page. The public website does not provide an uptime or response-time commitment. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. These terms do not require arbitration, waive participation in a class action, or select a court or governing jurisdiction.
9. Updates to these terms
When we revise these terms, we will post the revised wording and its effective date on this page. Material changes will also receive a prominent website notice. Updates do not retroactively change a project agreement or create consent where applicable law requires a separate agreement.
10. Contact
For questions about these terms, content permissions, or corrections, use the Discuss Your Project contact form and begin your message with Website terms. You may also reply to an existing Solvency Studio email conversation. You do not need to purchase services to ask a question.
