Common questions, straightforward answers.

Do I need to know which Microsoft product I need?

No. Start with the work you want to improve. We’ll help identify an approach that fits your goals and existing systems.

Are software licenses included in your service fees?

Service fees and software costs are separate. Your proposal explains the expected costs and who pays each provider.

Can you work with software we already use?

Yes. We start with the tools and systems you already use and look for practical ways to connect or improve them. Depending on the software, that may involve built-in connections, APIs, custom integrations, or desktop automation. We review access, permissions, licensing, and any technical limits before agreeing on the approach.

Can you improve or repair an existing solution?

Yes. We can review an existing application, workflow, report, or integration to understand what is working and what needs attention—even if someone else built it. We assess the issue, available access, and dependencies, then explain the recommended repairs or improvements. If rebuilding part of the solution makes more sense, we explain why and agree on the scope before making changes.

What happens after launch?

We plan handover, documentation, and training as part of the agreed project. Ongoing support can include troubleshooting, maintenance, monitoring, and future improvements. Your agreement explains what is included, any additional fees, and the response arrangements. You will know who to contact and how new requests or changes will be handled.

What if my project needs specialist expertise?

When specialist expertise is needed, we coordinate the appropriate contribution as part of the project. Stella remains your main point of contact and coordinates specialist contributions as part of the overall delivery. We agree on the specialist’s role, responsibilities, costs, and any necessary information access with you. You have one coordinated project and a clear understanding of who is responsible for each part of the work.
