Scope
This Privacy Notice explains how Solvency Studio LLC handles information collected through its public website and project inquiries. Information handled inside a client application, portal, or other project is subject to the arrangements and notices for that project.
Information we collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional business or organization name, and the message you choose to send. We also keep relevant follow-up correspondence. Please do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, health records, or other sensitive information through this form. Website hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referral information, and security events to deliver and protect the site. We do not offer visitor accounts, accept payments, or request file uploads through this public website.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, clarify project requirements, prepare requested proposals, manage communications, operate and secure the website, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages. We do not use inquiry content to train AI models or send it to generative AI services as part of the website inquiry process.
When information is shared
Information is available to Stella and authorized service providers that support website hosting, form delivery, business email, storage, and security. Providers may process information only for the services and related legitimate operational purposes permitted by our arrangements with them. If specialist input is needed to assess your request, we use anonymized details where practicable. Before sharing identifiable project information with a specialist, we discuss that involvement with you and arrange appropriate confidentiality and access limits. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or protect legal rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not permit advertising networks or social-media trackers to collect information through this website.
Cookies, analytics, and browser signals
This website does not use advertising cookies, optional visitor analytics, session replay, or tracking pixels. Hosting and security features may use limited cookies or similar technologies needed to operate or protect the site. Browser settings can restrict cookies, although some features may not work correctly. We do not track visitors across other websites for advertising. A Do Not Track signal does not otherwise change essential website processing. Our no-sale and no-targeted-advertising practices apply to every visitor, including visitors who send a Global Privacy Control signal. Third-party links take you to websites governed by their own privacy practices.
Retention and protection
For inquiries that do not become client projects, we delete inquiry information and related follow-up correspondence 60 days after our last contact with you. If an inquiry becomes a project, relevant records may be retained for the engagement, accounting, legal obligations, or resolving disputes. Security records are kept for operational and incident-response needs. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed; limited backup copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information, including restricted access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We do not promise that information is stored exclusively in the United States; service providers may process information in locations where they operate.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided, or ask us to stop optional follow-up. Use our contact form and begin your message with Privacy request, or reply to an existing email conversation with us. Provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records, but do not send identity documents through the form. We may verify your identity and authority before disclosing or changing information. We respond within the time required by applicable law, explain any applicable limitation, and do not penalize you for exercising legal privacy rights. Depending on your location and which laws apply, you may have additional rights, including receiving a copy of information or appealing a decision. To request a review of our response, use the same contact route and write Privacy appeal.
Children’s information
This website is intended for adults seeking business services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion when required.
Changes to this notice
We post updates on this page and identify the effective date of the revised notice. For material changes, we also provide a prominent website notice and additional notice or consent when required by law. We will not rely on a policy update alone to authorize a materially different use of previously collected information.
